Summary: I want to preface this by saying I've never written a negative review. The front desk was super friendly, the beds extremely comfortable and the location is divine, but the restaurant and breakfast staff were quite rude. One evening, we were told the empty restaurant had no room and were shooed away to the lobby with a minimal menu selectio. There is also a very limited vegetarian selection. Which, after a day of hiking isn't suitable when there are no other food options within walking distance. The thermostat in the room seemed to be broken. It kept getting hotter and hotter at night with no way to control the temp other than opening the window. I hope some of these things get sorted before ski season, because the location really cannot be beat!
